Running v10 and still can't connect:
I added the following nodes but still can't synch and only 2 of these nodes show up in the peers. Even though the wallet shows they were added the nodes aren't showing up.
it shows 12 connections 0/in 12/out and only 2 from this list are on peer list.
Hope someone can help, I am running windows 8 with wallet v10.
