Wallet not syncing VER. 8.5.3

have read all the posts I can find to resolve.  :(" title="Angry" class="smiley"/>   
now have downloaded blockchain.zip but can't figure where to load in Fastcoin files. have made sure Fastcoin is listed as approved in my Firewall and in my A.V. software. and still no joy so would like to be able to put this blockchain in the correct place to make this work. Am Running a MAC on OSX 10.9.3 Mavericks. any help would be nice.   Thanks.

It sounds like a firewall issue, it could be IRC port being block. So using a peers.dat in the below folder might help

Unzip the blockchain.zip into your

~/Library/Application Support/Fastcoin directory

You can access this directory from the Finder using CMD-Shift G and put the above location in

Well for whatever reason when I installed fastcoin that folder was not created or it ended up somewhere else but went to library/application support and found no fastcoin file
