The client of Fastcoin does not work

Hello. I have does not work client for Windows (fastcoin-0.10.2-win64-setup.exe).
I can not connect to the network. With Bitcoin client, there are no such problems.
Please, help!

OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Client Fastcoin version: 0.10.2 (win64)

Because of this problem I can not translate to another wallet 

In file "debug.log"
There are the following lines:
2017-10-15 04:18:27 ERROR: Read : Failed to open file C:\Users\Alexey\AppData\Roaming\Fastcoin\peers.dat
2017-10-15 04:18:27 Invalid or missing peers.dat; recreating
2017-10-15 04:18:27 Loaded 0 addresses from peers.dat  0ms

File "peers.dat" in the directory is available.

Solved the problem by creating a file fastcoin.conf with the following lines added to it:

In my case, the file is located in the директорий C:\Users\Alexey\AppData\Roaming\Fastcoin\fastcoin.conf

P.S.  In January 2017 Fastcoin Client worked well without the file fastcoin.conf
